Do all apps come free for the first month?
Yes. During the 30-day full ecosystem trial, eligible practices can access the provider / centre portal, provider app, staff workflows, dedicated parent app, marketplace partner app, marketplace profile, marketplace listing, AI features, reports and key operational workflows.
Is the marketplace included in every plan?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a marketplace profile and basic listing visibility. Advanced marketplace features such as promotions, marketplace analytics, featured listings and sponsored campaigns may depend on the selected plan or optional add-ons.
When does the 10% marketplace commission apply?
The 10% commission applies only when a booking is completed through the BloomSenz marketplace. Bookings from your own families through your dedicated app or provider workflow are part of your subscription and are not treated as marketplace commission bookings.
Why does BloomSenz have dedicated apps and marketplace apps?
