Terms of Service

By accessing or using Innerwork, BloomPaws, or any other BloomSenzAI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

BloomSenzAI provides two SaaS platforms: • Innerwork — therapy management software for therapy centres, therapists, physiotherapists, assistants, parents, and children. • BloomPaws — pet care management software for vet clinics, pet care centres, groomers, trainers, boarding facilities, and pet owners. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bloomsenz.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations. • Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data. • Scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the platform. • Use the platform to store or transmit content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Your use of our platforms is subject to our Privacy Policy. For customers who process personal health data, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request. Enterprise customers with HIPAA obligations should request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle start date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are not provided for partial months on monthly plans. Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of payment, minus any usage.

We offer free trials for Centre and Clinic Pro plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to the free tier unless you provide payment details and upgrade. Trial periods cannot be extended.

All intellectual property in our platforms, including software, design, trademarks, and content, remains the property of BloomSenzAI Pty Ltd. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomSenzAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end at the close of the current billing period. You may export your data at any time during your subscription. After 90 days post-termination, data will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
